18 Wheels USA is looking for professional and reliable CDL A Truck Drivers to join our growing team based East of Mississippi. Whether you are a recent CDL school graduate looking to start your career or an experienced driver seeking a better opportunity, we have a path for you.

Compensation & Benefits (What We Offer):

• Competitive Pay: Earn a consistent weekly salary of $1,300 - $1,600, with pay based on your level of experience.

• Guaranteed Miles: Run a minimum of 2,500 miles per week.

• Paid Training for New Drivers: We provide 4-6 weeks of paid, one-on-one, over-the-road training with an experienced driver trainer to ensure you are safe, confident, and successful.

Driver Qualifications:

We have opportunities for both new and experienced drivers.

• For Entry-Level Drivers:

  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License ( CDL A ).

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited CDL A school with a minimum of 120 hours of instruction .

  • No previous driving experience required.

• For Experienced Drivers:

  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).

  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable OTR or Regional tractor-trailer experience.

• All Applicants Must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Be able to pass a DOT drug screen.

  • Have a clean driving record.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination to transport and deliver freight in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure it is safe to operate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations using our electronic logging device (ELD).

• Communicate effectively with dispatch to receive instructions and report any delays or issues.
