• Assist in the planning and execution of charity events , community outreach programs, and fundraising campaigns

• Support onsite logistics such as event setup, volunteer coordination, registration, and materials management

• Interact directly with donors, attendees, and supporters to raise awareness and encourage involvement

• Help manage event resources and communications to ensure smooth operations

• Track donor data and support post-event follow-up and reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to achieve event goals

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill-building opportunities
