The team frequently takes part in volunteer events to gather and distribute nutritious meals and food products to those most in need, and to date the company has donated over 270,000 meals to community partners through their longstanding partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Looking to even further expound upon their core value of service, the team is planning a dedicated volunteer day for each month of 2025. Team members are also eligible to earn PTO for every hour that they volunteer at a company-sponsored event.

Love Catering is looking for a talented Executive Chef , rooted in a strong off-site catering background, to lead their culinary program! With a healthy team dynamic in place, the ideal chef should be warm and genuine, committed to championing the existing hospitality-oriented nature of the company both in the workplace and community. Creativity will shine through seasonal menus and a bevy of curated events featuring fresh offerings utilizing the highest quality ingredients. The role is based out of the production kitchen in Burbank with a quality-of-life component. Candidates with extensive off-premise events experience that are ready to step into their first Executive Chef role, are welcome to apply!

Compensation includes a base salary in the $90k-$110k range, medical benefits, bonus plan and PTO.
