• Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services, including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness
• Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to service and client care

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
• Passion for overall wellness
