Job Description: Lead or support the implementation of Veeva Align, including configuration, data model design, and integration with Veeva CRM and other systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct fit-gap analysis and define business functionalities related to sales interactions, territory alignments, sampling, and post-call follow-ups. Collaborate with client stakeholders and Veeva teams to ensure alignment on solution design, compliance, and governance standards. Provide guidance on integration architecture, including inbound/outbound connectors and third-party system interfaces. Support change management, training, and UAT activities as part of deployment readiness. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Veeva Align solutions post-implementation. PST time zone is preferred

Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 6+ years of experience of CRM consulting experience, with at least 2 years in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with data migration, integration architecture, and system validation processes.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills. PST time zone is preferred
- High School Diploma/ GED
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Associate's
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
