Description An established corporate law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Junior Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys with entity formation, governance, and contract review. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career legal professional with 1-2 years of paralegal experience to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: + Assist with entity formation and dissolution (LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships) across multiple jurisdictions + Prepare and file basic corporate governance documents, including board consents, meeting minutes, and annual filings + Help maintain corporate records and entity management databases + Support attorneys in the review and redlining of NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts + Perform legal research related to business registrations, compliance filings, and corporate structure + Coordinate signatures and maintain organized digital and physical files of executed agreements + Track deadlines for compliance filings and support due diligence for transactions Requirements Requirements: + 1-2 years of corporate paralegal or legal assistant experience + Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred + Strong interest in corporate or transactional law + Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); familiarity with document management systems a plus + Clear verbal and written communication skills + Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to build a career in corporate law and comfortable juggling multiple projects with accuracy and professionalism Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
