The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Our first collection launches this Spring in the United States and will begin to expand to global markets in 2026. **WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH** You will be guiding the creative through the design season while working with a team of designers, developers, product managers, and merchants to deliver creative in line with the NikeSkims design ethos. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet cost requirements, deadlines, all while taking your partners though the thinking behind your work. You'll also partner with category team members in design, development and merchandising to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price point, merchandising needs and product creation timelines. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We're currently looking for a Lead Apparel Designer to lead and develop seasonal design concepts for NikeSkims Apparel design at Nike is a diverse culture of creativity, collaboration and innovative thinking on all levels. This role requires strong passion and knowledge of apparel product creation and the ability to problem solve every step of the way, from concept to final design. This teammate embodies expert communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into focused design narratives as well as a passion and energy for sport culture and design. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + 6+ years of apparel design experience in agency or in-house setting + Demonstrated passion and understanding of trend and visual culture + Knowledge of apparel product creation and finishes + Ability to apply and perform design skills such as: drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout + Expert communication and presentation skills using a variety of formats + Ability to seek out opportunities to elevate apparel graphics though craft and construction + Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces + Passion for discovering new talent and points of influence for a global brand + Highlight and elevate diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity **WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON** This candidate will be our lead designer working on a variety of apparel products and collections while working with an amazing design team to create the future of NikeSKIMS apparel at Nike. + You are a Culture-builder who prioritizes team, collaboration and relationships. + You have a Passion for apparel design, understanding of collection-based design, can balance strong performance acumen as well as style and are a creative problem-solver. + You are an Elite storyteller with a passion for narrative and improving product. + You have Strong Focus, Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Habits. + You Ask Clarifying Questions and Adapt. + You Know Why you're coming to work at Nike.
