This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless integration between development, QA, and production environments for a large-scale enterprise system. You will work directly with Agile squads, program managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful, timely, and stable software deployments. **Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH (5 days/week)** **Employment Type: Full-time contract** **Duration: Long-term - 6 months with possibility of extension** _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $60 - $71 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Oversee integration, testing, and deployment workflows across QA, staging, and production environments + Develop and maintain comprehensive release plans from QA through post-production + Coordinate upcoming releases and environment changes with Agile and Program teams + Act as a liaison between QA, DevOps, Development, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders + Drive deployment execution, monitor issues, and lead conflict resolution + Enforce and maintain release management standards to ensure consistent, reliable delivery + Support continuous integration (CI) efforts and help manage build and deployment pipelines + Monitor environment uptime and coordinate availability for testing and release cycles + Identify and report potential risks and contribute to organizational risk management **Experience Requirements:** **Must-Have Skills:** + Strong conflict resolution and team coordination skills + Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies + Experience managing release and environment processes in large-scale enterprise settings + Background working with QA, Development, DevOps, and Production Support teams + Familiarity with continuous integration tools and development lifecycle practices + Attention to detail and ability to improve processes and delivery efficiency **Nice-to-Have Skills:** + Experience in large-scale digital or cloud transformation projects + Exposure to tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Git, or configuration management systems + Understanding of environment control, infrastructure coordination, or change management _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
