Skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Construction Technician – Snow Canyon Project 

Gold Stream Construction Corp. is seeking a Skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Construction Technician to join our team for the Snow Canyon Project in Santa Clara, Utah. This is a full-time role working directly under our experienced Construction Superintendent on a high-profile build from start to finish.

Position Overview

In this role, you will perform a variety of carpentry and construction tasks to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of the project. Work will involve multiple trades, requiring a versatile skill set and strong attention to detail.

  Key Responsibilities

• Install and finish drywall to a high standard
• Perform painting and touch-up work
• Execute framing and structural carpentry tasks
• Complete other carpentry, repair, and general construction duties as needed
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project timelines
• Collaborate with the Construction Superintendent and crew to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures on site

  Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, and framing
• Ability to work across multiple trades with confidence and competence
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and dependable
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the Santa Clara jobsite

  Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time
• $25 – $35/hour, depending on experience
