Discover a workplace where your talents thrive, and your contributions make a lasting difference. **Job Description:** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of lab personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations + Oversee the preparation and testing of soil samples to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards + Review and analyze test results, preparing detailed reports for project managers and clients + Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy + Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation requirements + Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper storage + Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure lab safety and compliance with internal protocols + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to lab technicians **Salary Range** 85,000-95,000 **Benefits:** + Flexible Work Environment + Paid Parental Leave + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life and AD&D Insurance + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off + Holidays _Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
