The Difference You Make: Structured Finance specializes in originating, advising, and structuring financing for specific large-scale, long-term projects for corporate and government clients. Projects can include energy exploration or production, public-private partnerships, or private finance initiatives often focused on public infrastructure. The Product Specialist - Structured Finance - IC3 is responsible for leading the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients. The incumbent will drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and provide the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.
• Leads the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients.
• Provides the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.
• Oversees deal teams during underwriting process and transaction due diligence.
• Oversees production of offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Develops and maintains relationships with participating lenders to ensure adequate market demand for syndicated loans originated by the Company.
• Participates in joint calling effort with bankers in an effort to uncover syndicated opportunities with our clients.
• Partners with Relationship Managers on new business development opportunities related to syndicated bank loans. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required. Master's Degree Business or equivalent field. - Preferred. 12+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required.

What Else You Need To Know :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$225,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$330,000.00 USD
