Underwriting Data Specialist Location Stuart, FL :

Job Summary:

• Interacts and coordinates with claims and underwriting team.
• Generates and verifies predefined business reports utilizing a high level of competency on company systems, tools, and processes.
• Prepares claims and enrollment data for analysis
• Formulates answers to questions, reviews files, records, and other documentation as needed
• Conducts preliminary analysis and prepares applicable account data for review by underwriter
• Proactively problem solves to meet and exceed client/broker expectations with internal standards
• Follows-up with underwriters or others on outstanding items and documentation
• Identify process and system improvement concepts for achieving high results in operations
• Participates in special projects, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• College degree with no experience in the field, or
• 1-2 years' experience with reporting and data with a base health insurance knowledge.
• Strong data analytics skillset
• Ambitious, proactive, team player with the ability to multitask and help others when needed
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Outstanding Excel proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
