Executive Branch Office Administrator Location Roanoke, VA :

• Schedule appointments in and out of office
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, screening in effort to control work interruptions
• Make outgoing client calls
• Handle client inquiries within regulatory capacity
• Manage all client and prospect data
• Prepare and provide materials for calls, meetings and appointments
• Prepare agendas, schedules, record notes, and prepare action minutes for meetings
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Manage marketing and advertising
• Manage and update revenue and expense data
• Plan, arrange and implement client events and seminars
• Track corporate and industry regulations regarding office administration
• Explore opportunities to add value to client experiences and office operations
• Manage and maintain office business hours in absence of Financial Advisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.23 - $23.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
